Roadmap: led the execution of a hypothesis- and data-driven roadmap to create products that test students’ retention and user experience after taking the Spotify Advertising Certification course.
Goals: Defined successful product outcomes with clearly measurable objectives and key results. Created accountability against goals.
Experimentation: leveraged online controlled experiments and quantitative and qualitative insights to help Spotify make data-informed decisions. Make tradeoffs that balance long-term and short-term growth that benefit the user (students and small business owners).
Communication: communicated insights and recommendations to Spotify clearly and concisely through data visualizations and narrative writing capabilities.
Leadership: led and inspired team and partners through ambiguity, challenges, and pivots. Influence positive outcomes by working across the team, cross-functional partners, and leadership.
